Joe looks amazing and 10x better with his new haircut. The shaggy look was starting to get old. In my opinion he looks OLDER…not younger. His hair when he was 16 isnt EXACTLY like this. I think this makes him look like a 20 yr old. Im pretty sure Demi likes it too 😉
