Joe Supporting Demi at SWAC Taping

Joe was at the Sonny With A Chance Taping, supporting Demi as she performed one of the new songs for the new season! Miley was there also. 🙂

-Debby Ryan, Chelsea Staub & Nicole Anderson hold up some giant pieces of bread in a new promo for Disney Channel’s New Year’s Eve Star Showdown. As of Friday, November 20, three new polls will be launched each Friday on http://tv.disney.go.com/disneychannel/newyear/, inviting viewers to vote in a total of 18 categories, including Favorite Episodes and Favorite Guest Star and fans can also check out fun trivia games hosted by Disney stars. Fans can also vote for their Top 10 favorite music videos of 2009, and the songs will air on Radio Disney. Voting will determine the New Year’s Eve programming lineup, entitled “New Year’s Star Showdown,” airing THURSDAY, DECEMBER 31 (6:00 p.m.–12:30 a.m. ET/PT) on Disney Channel. Throughout the night, Disney Channel will air sneak peeks of upcoming Disney Channel and Disney XD series and original movies including the much-anticipated “Camp Rock 2 The Final Jam.”

During the “New Year’s Eve Star Showdown” some of your favorite Disney Channel stars will compete in five Game Show challenges: “So Random,” “Last Star Standing,” “Sound Off,” “Quick Draw” and the “New Years Eve Countdown Game.” Judging from the promo pictures, these are some crazy games.

Demi Lovato and Tiffany Thornton have a heart-to-heart chat in this new still from Sonny With A Chance.

In the upcoming episode “Sonny in the Kitchen with Dinner,” Tawni (Thornton) has a crush on the new intern (guest star Robert Adamson) and enlists Sonny (Lovato) to teach her how to act “normal” to impress him. After a slew of unfortunate events, Sonny must use her resources to help save their date. Meanwhile, Nico (Brandon Smith) and Grady (Doug Brochu) attempt to get a sandwich named after them.

JJJ Fun Fact: Robert Adamson played Donnie in Princess Protection Program with Demi! He also stars as Charles in ABC Family’s Lincoln Heights.

“Sonny in the Kitchen with Dinner” premieres Sunday, August 16 @ 8PM ET/PT on Disney Channel.

Sonny With A Chance: The Heartbreak Kids

On May 17th there’s going to be another new episode called The Heartbreak Kids: When Sonny sees that Marshall and Ms. Bitterman are both lonely, she arranges a date for them. After Ms. Bitterman gets too involved with “So Random!,” Sonny realizes that her match making was a huge mistake. With Chad’s help, they use “Bigfoot” sketch material to break them up.
