”I had a stomach upset recently and the lads tried to cheer me up. My doctor put me on this BRATT diet which stands for bananas, rice, applesauce, toast and tea. – which was all I was supposed to eat to kill the bug. Joe heard us talking about it and asked what BRATT was. So Marrissa says ‘B for banana…’ and he interupts going ‘Beaver banana? What’s a beaver banana?’ it was so funny. it cheered me up so much.”

Joe Jonas and Jordin Sparks‘ back-up singers Leah Labelle and Rachael Lampa stroll around NYC’s SoHo district on Wednesday afternoon (July 22).
Earlier in the day, the 19-year-old Jonas brother was spotted lunching with the same girls. The trio chowed down on Cuban-Mexican food at Cafe Habana in Nolita — maybe a congratulatory lunch for Rachael, who recently got engaged!
Jordin is currently on tour with the JoBros. On Friday, July 24, they’ll be performing at the Wachovia Center in Philadelphia.

Twitter lovers Demi Lovato and Metro Station front man (or, more importantly, Miley Cyrus‘ 20-year-old brother) Trace Cyrus have been @ replying each other with flirty tweets for a while now.
Last time we checked in on the two, there were lots of <3s as they counted down the days until they would reunite in Los Angeles. “@tracecyrus 5 days!!! 😀 😀 :D,” she would tweet while he would echo her enthusiasm: “@ddlovato so soon! I’m so ready to get home to you.”
And then it happened. They were both in the same city and could finally talk in person rather than bothering the whole Twitterverse with their sweet nothings. “@ddlovato I’ve been looking forward to today for so long now. It feels like it’s taken years,” Trace wrote.
So what did the two do with their precious days together before Trace was scheduled to fly off to Virginia to tattoo one of his last remaining open spaces of clean skin?
They cut back on the twittering and were “hanging out every day,” according to a source.
They saw Transformers at Universal CityWalk, and sources add, “They have been watching a lot of movies at his house as well.”
Then, on the day he was to leave, Demi tearfully twittered, “Please don’t leave…. You just got here.. :(” And just like that, his plane’s door broke and he got an extra day in L.A.

In the upcoming episode “Sonny in the Kitchen with Dinner,” Tawni (Thornton) has a crush on the new intern (guest star Robert Adamson) and enlists Sonny (Lovato) to teach her how to act “normal” to impress him. After a slew of unfortunate events, Sonny must use her resources to help save their date. Meanwhile, Nico (Brandon Smith) and Grady (Doug Brochu) attempt to get a sandwich named after them.
