I believe that Demi started saying that earlier on in her career because her and Papa J didnt want her career to end before it started based on crazy jonas fans. If you look at it this way, would Demi have made as many fans as she has today if she dated Joe right off the bat? Doubt it. Notice how the teenies have all moved onto Justin Bieber and not as many people care about who Nick and Joe date..some do, but it’s not mass hysteria as it was last year. Things have cooled down. I can understand why Demi would continue to state that her and Joe is just like brother and sister. She want to keep the rumor mill down and prevent the fan hate. BUT she needs to start just saying they are best friends, friends, close friends or something other than brother and sister.
People will call her a liar and a fake once she and Joe finally come out officially as dating. Because people will be like how can you go from a brother/sister feeling and now you are in love. “What, you have been lying to us from the beginning? What else have you lied about?”

Now they are saying that nick recorded his first song on a Christmas album. Now how Nick first got signed onto columbia records, then his first song “dear god”!!! Now they said that people said that is was to faith based or to little or something so his album didnt sell well and his time at the label was done!! ANy questions its commercial right now!!

Now nick was checked into a hospital and he has type 1 diabetes!! And it scared the family and Nick learned to manage his diabetes. And they continued and Nick couldn’t be the front man but joe stepped in and started to do crazy things on stage (good things and fun)Also there album still wasn’t released then and needed to get publicity for the band!!! SO they started to promote them selves on youtube by making funny videos and it helped,,, Now about how the song mandy was released and they were on trl because people loved the song. When “ITS ABOUT TIME”released and didn’t get good sales!! Then Columbia then released them caused they asked to! Commercial time again!! =)
So they said how scard they were when they found out nicks diabetes then they talked about how the album its about time did very bad

I think the important thing to remember is that for the most part, it has been Demi saying I see “them” as brothers, or Nick and Kevin referring to Demi like a sister. It has only been a couple of times when Joe and Demi have referred to each other in this way.
Let’s also remember that when Demi denied the ZT rumors she didn’t say, “Joe is like my brother”… she just said that “he is one of my best-friends”. I think the truth is that Nick and Kevin are like brothers to Demi and vice versa, but Joe has always been a great friend (and possible love interest) for Demi. And in many ways this is how their relationship intitally began, Demi and Joe were specifically cast in CR for their chemistry as love interests for one another.

Okay so I watched the E! Special tonight and something caught my eye. If you have watched some of KatyyJonas’ Jemi Body Language on YouTube, you might remember that Joe has a tendency to not be focused on the interview if Demi is there. Well if you watch the video haleynight posted above go to 5:15 and pay attention to 5:22. Joe paying absolutely NO attention to what Nick is saying or what the interviewer is saying.

cause the movie comes in about six months, and its a long wait so here is what im thinking about the whole movie: as you said at the beginning they will be really impatient to see eachother again , they will be like i miss you i miss you too and then they will hug (they really like to hug on and off screen) lol they will probably be blushing during that and keep a little distance between them at the beginning of the movie, but after sharing some laughts joe sorry shane will take mitchie on a romantic date (on the canoe boat)and they will flirt and smile at each other, she will call him a jerk again lol and im not sure the kiss will come now in the middle of the movie…of course there will be some trouble and probably an other crying scene because of the machiavellic tess. but everything will be fine cause at the end of the movie, we will have a long and beautiful smitchie kiss, and dont forget about the dancing and singing stuff and the competition with the other camp , lots of humour with kevin’s character, nick ‘s character love at first sight and more

I saw an interview where they askedDemi if she was gonna be tweeting from the road and she said yes. The reason why it pops up from the web is because twitter has the option to view mobile or regular version. On some phones, such as blackberrys, if you choose it to be n regular view then it pops up that you tweeted from the web. And Demi has even said that herself that she doesn’t always just sit n front of her computer but that she keeps it in the regular view. So she could be with Joe and Nick.
guys don’t forget Demi does own a laptop which is very portable. She could just be twitting from that.

I don’t think that Disney will do a tour of CR2 like they did with HSM. HSM was more a musical with people busting into song at any given moment, anyplace.
CR2( if they keep it like CR) is more like students putting on shows.
Plus JB and Demi have their own songs to promote so that would be a LONG concert show if you have JB/Demi and the CR2 dancers and singers performing.
It would be very entertaining but long.LOL
Demi/JB will probably lose their voices with all that singing too.

Yeah I also think that they only close friends that the JB have in TX is Maya family, Lovato fam and maybe the band members will be over briefly. I think that when Nick tweeted “friends and family” he meant friends other than Maya family.” Maya family is considered family to the JB so they would not be considered friends. Haha I don’t think that is real unfortunately. I do think that Demi is spending time with Joe though. Her friend Keith tweeted that he was hanging out with Marissa and normally when they all hang out together they tweet it. So maybe Demi is with Joe.
Was anyone else really happy to hear on the E! News Special that Denise and Kevin Snr. didn’t date but became really good friends, and then over Christmas realized that they wanted to spend the rest of their lives together. Then after Christmas Papa J proposed!
I don’t think Jemi will be getting engaged this Christmas but I think it totally gives us hope that even if Joe and Demi never officially dated, there is a family precedent that friendship can turn into love and marriage.
Anyways hopefully Jemi are enjoying their Christmas vacation and realizing more and more just how much they care about each other. 😀

Also, that in 5 days the Star Showdown thing is on Disney Channel and there just might be a teaser or trailer for Camp Rock 2!!! HOPEFULLY!!!!! From an anonymous Camp Rock 2 extra: The production company filming the movie was ‘Coin Flip Productions’.
There was A LOT of off screen chemistry between Demi Lovato and Joe Jonas.
In between takes, they would constantly be holding hands, and go off on their own.
All of the important cast had people hired to hold their winter jackets (Since it was very cold in Canada, and we shot very early in the morning, everyone was cold. Joe and Kevin both had UGGS :P)
Joe would always hold Demi’s jacket for her, and he would even give her his own jacket.
One night on set, Joe was caressing Demi’s face, and in turn, Demi rubbed his back.
These were not the only relationships going on off screen.
One night, when all of the un-paid extra’s were not there, Kevin’s fiancee Danielle came on set, to watch with Mr. & Mrs. Jonas, Frankie, Maya and Mrs. Kibbel.
They were definitely talking about the wedding because I over heard them talking about dresses.

Courtney Galiano and Nick Jonas had some chemistry. They were very friendly towards each other on set, and whenever we had cast dinners and such, they would always sit together. On our last night of outdoor overnight filming, all the cast ate in a huge white tent, because this would be our last meal together as many people were leaving the next day.

One day demi and joe are gonna be spotted walking on the street, holding hands and staring at eachother. You never know. Yeah I must agree with JustJennah. Jeo does always act self conscious, shy, tongue tied and stutters more than he normally does when someone asks him about Jemi/Demi/are they dating etc…

That’s how I know that Demi or anything about dating her hits a deep emotional chord with him.
And it has been 2 years people since CR so what is up with Mr smooth Joe (the one who gets the ladies) still being shy/self conscious after 2 years being asked the same questions if he doesn’t have feelings for Demi that is more than friendship.
Joe doesn’t have a long attentions span with girls. LOL. Once he has been around a girl a lot he is either just friends, comfortable with her or dates her and move on to the next. LOL
And people who say that Demi and Joe would be a weird couple if they date is dead wrong. Who I considered very weird was Jaylor and Jomilla. Those girls does not seem the type that Joe would normally date (if he was not a famous guy) if those girls weren’t popular and considered HOT/beautiful. That is why those two relationship ended not so good, sorry to say.
Demi would seem to be the type that Joe would date if he was a normal guy in High School or College. Even AJ and Amelia I can see him dating. OH Well.

Completely agree with you. 🙂 Joe has clearly always had something different and special with Demi. Like you said, with other rumors he doesn’t have the same emotional reaction where he either stutters or quickly answers the question. Joe’s face and voice always changes whenever he sees Demi or she is mentioned, and that says so much to me.
I also agree that Joe and Demi are one the few couples in the public eye where you know they would still have feelings for each other even if they weren’t celebrities. That’s what makes them so amazing together. There affection for one another is so genuine and real, and isn’t just based on looks or fame… I truly believe they love each other for exactly who they are. 🙂
I love how our love for jemi has brought us all together. I mean there are people on this site that are commenting from Germany or Italy or Argentina or Brazil! Even people who aren’t from this country or don’t speak English very well can see that jemi is meant to be.

I love that video! But I am also still debating whether Joe is the blue or green puppet.
The comments on youtube seem divided. Part of me thinks that Joe is the green one because he’s so hyper and says “I would like to kiss your face” to Demi.
But on the other hand the way the blue puppet says “Demi Lovaaaatoooo” is exactly how Joe always says it, and he is also the last one to really say clearly “I love you Demi” which is only when Demi says “I love you too”. So still not sure, especially after seeing Kevin act on JONAS he could definitely be the really funny green puppet (most of the people on youtube seemed to think only Joe could be that hyper/funny).

The funny thing I was able to predict the days I’ll be seeing these two together. Even their break-up went smoothly.
